Church & Dwight has acquired Viviscal for $160 million.

Viviscal makes hair growth products and vitamins that target hiar loss, for both men and women. The company was founded by James Murphy. Its products are sold in 25,000 mass retailers across the U.S.

Church & Dwight’s hair care brands include Batiste Dry shampoo, and also owns personal care brands, including Nair Hair Remover.
